Gearing question for rc18T

What's the ideal gearing for racing at Brownies?  I'm using the AE 370 motor, and have both spur gear options available.  THANKS!!

Do to the large amount of Power in the 370 motor and the fact that the track layouts are rather technical. the 60T spur would be the best choice. Paired with an 11 or 12T pinion... With the older 280 that some still have a 60/11 combo is the lowest ratio you can do... 55/11 or 60 12 will over heat the motor and you won't make time. Not to mention damage the motor and your ESC. the 370 can handle the 60/13 pairing but it's WAY TOO MUCH power and speed...
