Brownies Presents - Tamiya's R/C FLASHBACK

Ever have a flashback?
Was your first R/C vehicle on-road or off-road? What color was it? Was it a Tamiya? If so you’re in luck! Tamiya is proud to re-release a select collection of its “R/C Classics”. Vehicles like the Tyrell Six Wheeler (49154) and the FMC XR311 (58004) were among the first re-issues. Tamiya has released retro bodies on newer chassis’ like the BMW M3 Schnitzer and the Mercedes Benz 190E EvoII on the TT01 chassis.

The latest classic to be released is “The Hornet” in both a kit (58336) and XB RTR (57741) version. The Hornet is brought to you unchanged and remolded in its original form. The only difference is the addition of a Electronic Speed Control (ESC).

Also on our shelvers now, we have the kits “The Grasshopper” (58346) and “The Lunchbox” (58347). Much like The Hornet, these remain unchanged with the addition of an ESC.

On the XB RTR horizon we have “The Monte Carlo Mini Cooper” (57736). These are the original Morris Mini Cooper’s from years past. The M03 chassis has been added to give these Cooper’s a fresh feel. Both of these also include an ESC.
